My district is non union (JayC) at least 2 store managers let go within past month with more potentially coming... since we are non union a few lower performing asms have been knocked down to dept heads

They legally can't cut union workers so they are cutting non union employees? Makes me glad union says you can't fire people for just cause. I like to know I have job security. My job will be there several years from now even if I really muck up.
One of our ASM was terminated this past Sunday (Louisville Division). She came to the store and told us and said her goodbyes, There were around 20 or so terminated that day.
