The actual answer really doesn't matter because if you don't like it, there's nothing you can do about it. However, if you really must know, it will probably be 4 or 6 hours if you're part time and 8 hours if you're full time.

I assume it works like paid vacation time and they take an average of hours worked over the past however much time; few weeks or something like that.
Eight hours of pay regular pay. 8hrs x current wage.
