What's the whole point of this article again?

It's about the same as saying more black people do marijuana than white people. From being around customers that smell heavy of marijuana I'd say more black people do marijuana than white people.

I do interviews from time to time and sone of the people who come in smell like weed. How can they expect to be taken seriously when smelling like that? Its a automatic no for a job.
