Got locked out of my account for entering the password wrong too many times. Now I cant check my schedule. Spoke to some guy on the phone who gave me a temporary password and said use this to login to cam and then change your password asked what cam was and he said its what kroger uses to change the password lol. Can someone please tell me what cam is or tell me where to find it so I can fix my account :( I need to see my schedule

You have to log into the terminal at work.  Start button and then Passport to change password.  Unless your division uses a program called CAM.

The only way to change your pass word is the computers at work. If you're accessing through a personal computer it won't work. Period.

CAM is the program the Service Desk uses to link or change customer shopper card information. Previously, they would say to use the CAM computer, because it was the a computer accessible on the sales floor. The program that manages passwords and access to systems is now IAM. If you have an temp passwordyou can access IAM on vpn.kroger.com.
