Why would the INSTACART shopper apologize to his/her client? If anything the INSTACART shopper should apologize to the employee

Apology: Never going to happen.
You have no control over whether you have to apologize or not. Theyll just keep sending you home and you can then live on the street. lol hope your small pride is worth that
They sent me home after some bs last year that wasn my fault at all. I did leave, BUT I "forgot" to punch out (it was 30 min after my lunch). I hung around town and came back to "get something." I got my item, went back and punched out like normal.
