I just wish I had thought to get a haircut before those places closed down. I don't normally keep on top of it, and now I'm getting kind of shaggy.

lol, me too.

I heard a report:

15% of people have let a household member cut their hair.

16% are thinking about it.

The rest don't care.

They don't care now, but in a few weeks.....there will be a even bigger run on clippers, bears trimmer, hair scissors and regular scissors, followed by the lil Crayola Kid scissors....:) Hell, Ladies area already clearing the shelves of the hair coloring section.

We ran out of thermometers at one point, too, but at least they are checking our temperatures digitally when we walk in the door each day...How do you guys like this "new normal" standard of living? Trust me, it'll only get crazier as time goes on!

Notice the start of this new era. 2020. A whole new decade. All decades had a change. Now look at us in 2020? We will be looking at old movies like "damn...... I remember we used to go to roller rinks at one point in time...... and pinics. Damn.... remember we used to attend to weddings and funerals? Remember public schools? This covid 19 is a bitch tho....."

The '90s weren't much different from the '00s or the 'teens, from my experience. Only thing that changed was the technology and my personal activity changes that come with age. After 9/11, there was more security at the airports, that was it.

I think the only real change that will come of this is that more types of stores than grocery start offering curbside pick-up. Restaurants might still be experiencing little dining room traffic for a while, but I doubt it'll last long in this country; Americans quite obviously dont give a ****.

"Back when I was a boy, we didn't have no internet.  We had to look things up in books.  And if we didn't have one, we had to go the library.

No, that's after the Y2k.  But also before.

So anyways, I had an onion in my belt as was the fashion at the time..."
