It's nice that we no longer have to worry about returns nor rain checks and wonder if the customer is being honest or not. I hope this policy stays until at least phase 3 of society reopening. So what 6-12 more months of this b.s. I feel for people that really need to return but we can make it right with other merchandise. By doing a freebie addition. I'm just tired of customers being di-cks about it. Most are generally okay with it. It's generally the elder generation that's the problem with it. I've lost count of how many have cussed me out because the wanted to return an item they purchased earlier went home then came back. We offered to give them a new product for free but oh no that wasn't fu-cken good enough. Well sorry for your mistake. Thanks for the attitude.
