Is anyone else's stores getting a weekly (or sometimes more) visit from their DM? Our DM seems to like visiting four to five times a week. :/

Our districts were just realigned so the next couple of months should be entertaining.

When management tells us DM is visiting us our mentality is "Yeah. Sure...and we just all perfected interstellar space travel."

The DM usually NEVER shows up when they say... so we dont even take it seriously when we are told that they will show up.

In reality, the DM only job is to visit stores and hold the SM's feet to the fire. IF the DM isn't calling out stuff, the Division Leadership will be holding the DM's feet to the fire. **** always rolls downhill......

I'm surprised that's allowed.  No family member should ever have a supervisory position, whether it's direct or indirect, over another family member.  There's too much chance of nepotism.
