Ask the Scan Coordinator or your District coordinator. They might be able to post it on the biway or know who to contact. My guess is there is a slow turn around time. My store manager is able to get PAK numbers fixed within two days.
I think you have to contact your district field specialist or whatever their title is. I was told we had to give her exact locations of the items individually.
They cant do it at store level here (MI division). There is a printable form we use. Product number and correct Baymax location are listed. If it is a whole section that is off, a few items from the section need to be listed. The form was either on the feed or in display/clicklist on the M drive. Sorry I dont remember. If you cant find it you can probably just list them without it. Form is very basic... That gets sent to your field specialist to handle.
All that said, Michigan just dumped their field specialists, so as of last week I dont know the process here anymore.
