Stop fighting the return policy

Customers stop being dic-ks about the return policy then being @$$ holes and screaming at us because you can't get your way. This is getting old and highly disrespectful to the clerks. And you wonder why clerks in your local grocery have attitudes it's because of sh-it like this. I deal with b.s. all day long and this is as-s-inine. What? You're life is so much more important that you're entitled to be a self dignified @$$ hole to the clerks that keep your belly full. Yea thanks for that di-cks for the attitude you really made my day you really made my day as--s hole.  What? Your life is so much more entitled that you'll be a self center di-ck about a couple dollars then cuss out the clerk trying to uphold cdc rules. Yea thanks for the ****ty attitude.

Grocery returns are suspended until further notice. Due to the covid virus. Keep receipt taped to item and we will honor it when returns come active. If food molds toss out the food and just bring the package don't be a sh-it head about it. That might not happen until society is at stage three or higher. Lost the receipt? We'll have to return it at the price it is priced at that week. This is the rule. We will happily give you a replacement free if you grabbed the wrong one. The grocery item you bought can not go back on the shelf. We'll happily give you a replacement item for lesser or equal value if you made a mistake and accidentally bought the wrong one.

We will happily give you replacement on a bad perishable such as meat, seafood, bread, produce, dairy but that's it. The time you want to exchange must be at home. Don't be a dick and shove it in our face and say: fu-ck you this is bad.

The negative attitude towards the return policy is ridiculous. I didn't take this virus seriously at first but now I do after watching what is happening to society around me. You can contaminate an entire town by the virus being on one single item. So fu-ck off.

I know i'll get a lot of back lash but good fu-ck this is getting damn ridiculous. This sh-it is why I never wanted to work a retail job but society failed in providing me a "real" job. It pays the bills and gives decent health insurance. People who bi-tch about it have never been in the real world before.

People who are generally sh-itty about this are the ones that refuse to wear face masks and gloves and act like the elephant isn't in the room with them. Or so self entitled that the whole world revolves around them. Due to being control freaks they go ballistic when they can't get their way. Face it customers: You are no longer in a customer first environment and covid rules prove it.

ps i won't be checking back for replies. Be a di-ck on your own time.

Stop with the "dear customer" threads. Non-employees are not hanging out on here.

Yeah, well maybe they should! Too bad most "outsiders" don't see things from the employees' point of view...That's why I always smile when a customer comes up to me and says "I used to work retail, so I know all about it!" THOSE customers are the RARE ones who get it and you can only "get it" if you've worked a retail job before in your life...Alas, 90% of the customers are of the non-retail persuasion who take advantage of others as often as they can...If only they knew how much WE know about their shenanigans...

I am in a Local 1996 store (Atlanta GA area) and one of the girls who works Customer Service (I refuse to call it Guest Services) got a very ugly call several days ago from a customer who didn't understand why she could not return some canned items she bought in April. She told me if we took the stuff back "there is no gusrentee" where those items were stored and if there was someone sick in the house where they were. She seems to think the policy will continue until the Covo 19 problem is eradicarted.

It's ****headed dumb****s like you that instead of getting it,you just form whatever opinion your single and barely functional brain cell comes up with. And it's the same stupid bull**** constantly repeated. But it's okay. Just make sure your blinders are permanently bonded to your skull so you won't really know what goes on and keep acting like the self-entitled dip**** you portray to the world. You shop there and then you piss and moan about it. The solution is simple. Shop. Somewhere. Else. biggrin
