What payment network does the Kroger REWARDS Debit Card use?
It doesn't work on a network like a credit card, it tied to your checking account so it works on the ACH network. While not completely the same, it works similar to an eCheck.
Certegy wouldn't let me write checks for transactions that were under $10 but i was approved for a Kroger rewards debit card that has a 500$ daily purchase limit.

Certegy and the Kroger rewards debit card are completely different. Certegy looks at your history using files compiled from many different sources and basically rates the ability of the check to be successfully paid. The reward debit card is basically processed an IOU, and if for some reason the funds are not available when processed, its on the same lines as a returned check.
F_uck Kroger. I don't shop there right now due to the stupid mask mandate, but I wouldn't shop there anymore anyway due to this ridiculous "we have no change and we'll give you the remainder on a special card" crud.

So.....what other option would they have? If your online, you can read other stories on this issue?
If you believe wearing a mask is stupid, don't understand when people stop using/paying with loose change it stops its availability, you most likely don't have any reasoning skills. Let me guess, you also don't understand why a lot of retail stores are closing, but buy everything online (Amazon, etc). I know this is will be condescending, but I don't understand how some people have actually survived this long in their lives. I also bet you might be one that believes COVID is made up and its all a shame. I'm not saying its not being hyped, but shouldn't something that is causing some people extreme hospitalizations be hyped, specially when its a condition that isn't something our bodies have established immunizes to?

I have full reasoning skills. I don't feel ill nor am I ill at this time. I don't buy into the bullsh!t theory "Walking Dead, everybody-has-it". I don't buy much online. I don't believe Covid is made up. You can't "make up" 100,000 deaths.
Calling the number on the back of the card has been a HUGE WASTE OF TIME (half an hour and 3 people so far). Nobody seems to understand the question.
How do I change the bank account associated with my Kroger Rewards Debit Card? I explained it multiple ways, got transferred here and there, and even explained it so a kid could understand. Still... they keep providing irrelevant information. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I am currently on hold with them while they transfer me to a Specialist. HA
