our previous pharmacy manager was trash IMO and she got moved out of our store in february due to bad metrics. she hated me for some reason even tho i worked my butt off there and went out of my way to learn how to do all kinds of things. they wouldn't let me do more than just helping the front or the drive-through i was so miserable for a while. new pharmacy manager is way better IMO she is more fair and even-tempered. she gave me a good performance review a few months ago but somehow merit raise depends on some review that the last manager gave me. i've been working in the pharmacy over two years and the only raises i got were for training, certification and for an adjustment based on minimum wage increase. this just seems so unfair to me. why should her review count for that much when she was moved to another store for sucking ass?
there is a manager person (think his title is health & wellness coordinator?) that is above the pharmacists and goes to different stores from time to time to tell them what they're doing wrong. i basically consider him the boss's boss and have reached out to him before on other issues. think i could appeal to him somehow? or what should i do.
people rely on me all the time, i do data entry everyday now and do the robot and i help new people (turnover rate is not low) i mean they are fortunate to have me because they dont pay for **** nor do they train for ****

uhh you should try appealing. I mean why not either you get it or you don't. beats working another year before you get any raise.
