Are the people who work the Starbucks in your store considered Kroger employees? The reason I ask is that the dress code poster in our store (which doesn't have a Starbucks-we have sushi instead) shows proper dress for a Starbucks employee

 Yes, I believe so.

When we first did training at the main office for a new MarketPlace, a Starbucks person was there.  They are in our union.  They have their own desk in the office.  They are only trained to make coffee and run the registers.

Yes, they are considered Kroger employees. They just wear a green starbucks apron and starbucks hat, and they do have to meet Starbucks regulations too. Like there is a Starbucks DM that works with the fresh coordinator (who whoever does the job now that they changed titles again) But yes they are employees of Kroger, Starbucks actually falls under deli/bakery.
