one of the ones that is left doesnt stand up without support. so im not sure what they are going to do tomorrow. i think i will refuse to wait on any customer not wearing a mask if in an area with no shield.

Relax. Be aware that the shields are TOTALLY USELESS and the masks are not much better. The shields are, in effect, theatre props to impress people who aren't smart enough to know they are worthless. Ever heard of invisible air currents? Movement of air , air circulation.............. the microscopic particles floating along with the molecules of air along with water vapor, allergens, dust, bacteria, pet dander, cloth fibers and concrete dust.................. will casually float around the edges of the plastic shields. You will be FINE!
you won't be "fine" as the other commenter said, but you can just call support and they will help you get more ordered. Masks and particle shields work.

That's just it. You can't prove it one way or another. If no one in a crowd of people wearing masks catches the virus, can you say with 100% certainty that some would have caught the virus if they hadn't been wearing masks?

Mask wearing has been mandated in California for months and months on end and there are still people getting sick with Covid. That is because it is an illness that naturally will spread NO MATTER WHAT WE TRY TO DO ABOUT IT. That's what viruses do. They are microscopically small AND WILL SPREAD and infect people just like the common cold virus does. YOU CANNOT COMPLETELY stop it!!! It's just a fact of nature.
We might limit the spread a little, but there is no magic bullet that will really totally keep you from getting infected. Any doctor will tell you that, IF THEY ARE HONEST and not influenced by political interests, or feeling the need to toe the line of the mainstream news media narrative.

My son was very careful when going to work wearing a mask and washing his hands. This past July he comes to me and says I feel weird. He lost his taste and smell, had a bad head ache and felt fatigue. Took a test three days later and it came back positive. Oddly enough me and my wife didn't wear masks at home while he was self quarantining and we never got it. He did wear a mask though any time he would come out of his room. I was really surprised he caught it cause hes really careful. He works 7-4 5 days a week though so who knows. He got over it pretty easy so I'm very glad for that.

Pretty much need a biohazard suit and a decontamination chamber to be 100% And California lol with people getting sick. Thats because those idiots chose to go to the beaches and amusement parks during this summer when they let up on the lock down. Only stupid people are to blame for higher cases just like florida.

Can you prove that the virus spread because of those people? If masks are so great, then we should be seeing the number of cases dropping like crazy because, except for things like you mentioned, I'm seeing nearly 100% compliance when I see people out in public areas. Frankly, I don't believe anything that comes from the CDC, Dr. Fauci, or any other infectious disease expert. First they say don't wear a mask. Then it's only people who have symptoms should wear a mask. Then it's wear a mask to protect yourself if you feel you need to. Then it's everyone wear a mask to protect others. Now it's back to wear a mask to protect yourself as well as others.

Where did I say anything about masks? But most of the people who went out on the 4th of July didn't wear any but never mind that. They didn't stick with social distancing and cause of it they have surpassed NY and NJ with cali being #1. Well you can chose to listen to the advice of experts or don't. If people are concerned with their health and have other health issues they should wear one if you have options to lower the chance of getting it why not utilize it?
