Yesterday I went on Citrix, and looked for the PASSPORT in the list of links along the left hand side of the page. I have clicked on PASSPORT a dozen times, and easily and quickly have changed my password at that link.
NOW, the "PASSPORT" choice has disappeared. I assume they have changed things again (no surprise there). Help?? Where do I go now to change my password? I want to change it before they even prompt me to do so. (It is probably getting close to that 84 day period).

Why does this get asked every week?
It is actually a legit question. To get into Eschedule, payroll, Citrix and to use a telxon, the password needs to be changed about every 70 days. Everyone has been using Passport to do so for many years. All of the sudden, Passport has been deleted. Just in my store, I have had 3 people ask where do they go to change their password.

Try rebooting the workstation. They have done updates and maybe changed passport to something else. It may show after the reboot.

(OP here) I have read this forum religiously every day, for years. YOU ARE A LIAR. It does NOT get asked every week. Not even every month. I asked the question because for years I have clicked on the choice "PASSPORT" in the list of links on the left side of the page. It is not there now. Thank you to one of the responders, I did find the "IAM" and it worked just fine. So something DID change, and corporate (or whoever made the changes) did NOT publicise or explain the changes to us average pee-on employees.
You are probably thinking of the many people who write stuff like "how can I sign in to my account so I can look at my eschedule, or see my paycheck stub info?" or something like that. I was not asking about that, I was asking about changing my password which is required every 84 days so I can use the RF scanner.
