Dear customers we have the right to deny price challenges if you are wrong. If it's not that much big deal we'll make it right. If you're challenging more than half of the price of the product yes we will price check it for you and deny it. Don't be an @$$ hole and whine your way between cashier to cashier or manager to manager until you get your way. Suck it up you were told no. You're no better than a toddler throwing a two year old tantrum going from parent to parent until you get you way.

I've been working this job 15+ years and I'm tired of kissing @$$ to people. It ends when we stand up to enforce company policies. If I paid full price for the same fu-cken item before work you can't get it for 30 cents off. I know.

I forgot to add on if you price challenge everything and are not a nice person while doing it we will go out of our way and price check everything. If the tag is out of date we will honor it. 

Ps. to the form writter who writes A$$ociate please fu-ck off and find a life. I might as well just call you @$$ hole.

 Just honor the tag. Doesn't matter if it's right or out of date. No one has to be nice you're there for one reason, to bow down to customers needs so suck it up brush yur dirty fat ass, ASSociate!

 You dont have any rights. Kroger has rights. You're just a pissant front end slave. The customer is to be VALUED and they are always right. Learn that and you'll be fine.

They're not always right. If they offer you fake $ or fake coupons that don't match or try to get you to take a picture of their ID are they right? NO! I'm happy to say yes to most but some situations it ain't happening.
