We have had several positives at my store. They just come in their hazmat suits and spray it down. Customers are none the wiser.

The shopping baskets and exterior of the building has been sprayed down several times at my store in the last 6 months.
We had a few positives also. The department area where the person spent most of their time was wiped down thoroughly. The entire store was misted down once overnight. Every aisle. The guy in the thick hazmat body suit assured us that the chemicals used were organic and harmless. It smelled like raid and made a few people queasy. Made me a little nauseated and I wasn't in the aisles until an hour after they were done. They should have sent everyone out of the building and waited 4 hours before letting workers return.
