Welcome to retailer, "cut hours" = new normal for hours. In most situations, MGMT was allowed to overschedule, but after some point they are told to schedule to "standards". "Standard" hours are normally 90% of what the allowed hours were 1-2 years ago.
Is this the reason why when I pulled up to click list I tried to call the number and no one answered? And there were only 2 people carrying out? As for my app for some reason my Kroger app will not stay logged in. I have no problems with other apps. Just the Kroger app.
Also I thought someone was supposed to be in click list at all times manning the kiosk? That was the rule when I worked there.
Also is this why they were out of a bunch of items? I am still glad I am gone they did me a favor by blocking me not being able to come back.

I have found out that does no good. They just direct you to the store Manager and the Store Manager will say it's the corporate. I am not gonna play that game.
