Thank you, Kroger! Looks like from now on I'll be getting FREE GROCERIES from yaz!!!
Someone posted recently about cashless check outs. That's right, same things been happening to me. Well I finally got tired of it, the cashier at the self check out made me wait to long to ring me up, and I got a life and a work schedule of my own, so I went on an wheeled my **** right on out da front DOOR! And Ima keep on doin that from now on, or at least til they let me start paying with cash again. Not my fault, Kroger, YOU made this happen.
The manager would have me on the aisles getting Grab & Go items, and pretty much every night, someone would scan a 30 pack, wait a few seconds, and then head out the door.
This was in between firing the greeters and hiring security, so it was easy. He probably filled his entire cart, and we couldn't even know.

This is the cost of saving money by cutting labor. Crooks aren't known for bravery, and when you remove what few obtacles they had from crossing lines and stealing $hit, they'll do it every time. And once that trend is set, it ain't never turning back. My town lost a Kroger that had been operating for 60 years because of this. By the time corp. and store mgmt tried to put in some security the thieves just laughed at them----on their way out the door with convoys of stolen cartfuls of merch.
