I am moving from the front end to clicklist. Does anyone have any tips to help me with the

transition? I know there is a goal time for each item, what the pick time goal?

You can try to do their impossible times but I wouldn't worry too much. It's near-impossible to meet the time consistently without being a richard and being rude to customers - because they expect you to yield to them. Customers are just strolling slowly, all around you. Talking on phones. Stopping to check off their grocery list, or look at their phone. Standing where you need to be and just standing there for minutes on end. Aisles are narrow. There are shippers on both sides of every damn aisle. Customers don't know you're being timed. They think you should and can help them with everything, and every question. And they think you work in every department - you know if there are more ribeyes in the back, or that expensive milk they like. Do you have any more? Do you have more collards in the back? It's pure insanity.

I could write another book about it, but, you get the picture. Kroger doesn't get it though.

I believe Walmart started this sadism several years ago; they had some silly ass acronym or another for it. Doesn't matter. Point is, all these retail companies know damn well the obstacles workers have trying to fulfil these stupid directives. They know it can't be done. It's a handy mechanism with which to poorly grade you, base your negative elals from.....and, ideally, fire and replace you with cheaper labor with no benefits.

If it already seemed to you like that's what it really was all along, well....it's cuz it is.

You mean the customers are lazy? Not exactly true people who have trouble walking use Click List so shut up fool. I have used it when the COVID-19 was high in my area to keep from going inside.

I do not like Click List though. Never get what I ordered and when I go pick up they take forever to come out. And one day I called and the phone rang over and over and over and no one ever answered.

I thought someone was supposed to be at the phone at all times.
