1. How do I remove an accidental time off request? It says its pending and its for a day that already happened.
2. I want to request a day off but it won't give me my usual options. It gets a pop up that tells me I have no hours for that week yet and that I have no requests there yet.
Most request can be deleted in the "History" option. If requesting a day off, make sure its "Request Off - No Pay". Its possible your requesting off with the incorrect option, which is indicating you don't have any PTO hours.
