Kroger in Louisville continues to get worse. It seems their interest is getting the very least expensive labor by hiring witch employees who struggle. More emphasis should be placed on exceeding customer expectations/ which would not be that hard given the low bar they have reached.
Retail sucks. The only positions you make good money in (I'm talking about non union companies /stores) are salaried management. Otherwise, you're dead weight stuck in a dead end non job that, because it doesn't reward hard work or human existence, leaves people scraping by doing as little as they can get away with, and still perpetuate that miserable existence.
