If they have the employee on tape hitting your car, then wouldn't they also have the person who hit the employee's car on tape?  Also, if someone else hit the employee's car, there would be damage elsewhere besides where the employee hit your car.

She claims to be the victim instead of causing damage.

No. You have to file a claim against the store if they were on the clock. Off the clock then yes. While an individual can sue an individual according to union rules they can't be punished for just cause. If they are displaying aggressive behavior it's one thing. If it's an accident then it's an accident. You'll get more money if you file against the store. I'm surprised you went here instead of consulting the store manager instead.

Pretty sure your go cart didnt take any damage. No the employee wont be disciplined because you also hit their car as well. Besides no one is responsible for cars being damage on the lot.

Someone hit my car at work a few weeks ago and really messed up my fender, but i was parked out at the end of the lot and the camera didn't reach far enough. Basically management said there was nothing i could do.

Luckily my brother was able to replace the fender and fix it.

This is simply the op negligence to park in the designated areas. Its your fault and it will stand as no punishment to the loyal customer

Hi there, is your car insured? If not, I guess you will have to act as plaintiff in the court to charge the damages to the guilty party. Try to find a good lawyer. Also, when I was looking for the info my son needed on is ultius a scam or not, I read somewhere in the internet that if you hire a professional writing company to phrase your situation to the lawyer, that will reduce the time and cost of communicating with them.
