When I was setting up my fingerprint 2 years ago, I placed both of my fingers in a way that it could only work if you put it in that exact spot (don't ask me how). I started getting my nails done a little over a year ago and I'm sick of putting myself in pain to clock in. I talked to someone I knew who had a pin ring and they told me to talk to the person in charge of the paychecks but to my luck they are never there or work in the middle of the night. Is there anyway that I could change it myself and if not does anyone think that a regular manager would be able to help?
You could just ask them redo your fingerprints, and or choice a different finger to image. Who ever enrolls people with the card can redo your finger and you can place them differently to make it easier to clock.
