On my total benefits statement it says: E) Other Benefits - - any other form of compensation that does not apply to the other 4 groups; i.e. athletic club memberships, light rail passes, other: (0.00 %) How do I get these other benefits?
You don't, they might be available in some areas, not not in all. I'm really surprised the company doesn't work out corporate contacts with the larger gyms operators to encourage associates to workout, etc.
