I went today I had items that were substituted and still was not notified. Every time I need tea bags I buy Gallon Luzianne bags. I never get Gallon size they are always out.
But the problem today was not so much for me but I got someone's order like $50.00 worth. A big Chicken Breast a Bottom Roast Carrots Grapes and a gallon skim milk. They gave me all of that and I was not charged. I live 20 miles and I did not want to go back. I called and they told me to keep it they said they realized after I left.
I do not have room for it all so I gave some to my aunt.
Knowing (as an insider and former(?) Kroger employee) that Clicklist is a massive cluster****, and having complained about it before, is it really that surprising that they screwed up again?
It's a shame that you drove suspiciously far, but I guess that's not so bad since you weren't even charged for it.

It's not the girl that brought out the order said that they have had some problems and they were about straitened out She was real nice and remember me when I worked there.
And I have no choice but to drive far I live 20 miles from the store.

Go inside the store and shop. Clicklist is a joke in general.
I actually did go in for a few things I didn't have on the click list order. From now on I am going to start checking my order.
Over half of the people in Clicklist are dumb or lazy or both, or they're at least one of the two and pretending to be both, or something - some combination.
"We're out of regular bananas; should I sub organic?" Nah, use your brain; give them celery instead! :/
"You mean C totes don't go in section A?!"
"You mean all totes from the same order should be on or near each other? So I can't have order 378 in 3 different places?"
"Subbing takes too long, i'll just oos it."
And the Clicklist mating call: "I'm so tired!" Then collapse onto your trolley from sheer exhaustion due to having to actually "do something."
Sad thing is Clicklist is laughingly easy, yet they have the laziest and most useless employees. I
Maybe easy for some but I hear shopping for several people at the same time and you are graded on how long it takes. I can hardly shop for myself so I would not be good.
I thought that if I was still working there I might would do take out. But do they hire to only do take outs? Or do you have to shop also? What I may have a hard time is they take several out at one time.
I am scared I would give someone the wrong bags. I think Walmart does it different they don't take 3 or 4 out at one time and I am not sure if they are graded on how long it takes to shop. Also not sure if they shop for 10 people at a time.
