We are NOT equal! Certain cultures (races) have advanced in their brain capacity and capabilities to reason, etc through evolution. Africa looks the same today as it did 500 years ago.
I don't see the rationale for putting black people into leadership positions when objectively speaking they do not on average deserve it. It's always a set aside job situation and I'm getting tired of them bringing the team down.

The second post was removed under rules 1 and 2. The rules have been in place since 2004 unaltered. The moderation team here is not okay with racism but you're free to discuss anything that isn't against the rules as long as it doesn't border on spam. Just because a post isn't removed does not mean that anyone endorses it, other than the original poster.
