Im at a loss. I don't know what else Im supposed to do.
We got our raises last week. And this week, they took a portion of that back.
Some people only lost like 5 cents per hour but others lost a whole dollar of their money. We were told all week that it was a glitch and that HR would fix it. Turns out she has no idea. And told us we needed to call corporate. Who in turn told us to talk to HR. Who gave us another 1-800 number, and sent us all over the place. All of them saying basically not our problem.
How can you give us money and then take it away. Some people lost more than the raise they even got? Only to then tell us its not their problem its someone elses and then have us going on a wild goose chase having us call after call after call and getting absolutely no where.
I'm angry. I want my money back. What a load of **** to have someone give you money only to take it right ****ing back.
And no, Im not part of any union. Nor is our store union. We literally have no where else to turn. This is ridiculous. we got told later that maybe if enough people complain theyll fix it sooner.

Unbelievable. I really hate this place.
Well it makes sense actually. The customers have but in a up roar with ASSociates not doing their job by stocking shelves, Knowing where items are at, smiling being friendly and generally not smelling like ASS. Sounds pretty justified IMO. Least you got a stim check
