As long as you get paid who cares. I learned to do the bare minimum like every one else does
Some locations are like this. You can file ethic reports if you want. That fixed some stuff. Other wise you're better off transferring to another location. You can pick up hours at the desired transfer to location if you're curious to see if it is worth it or not.
