The Kroger company has screwed me over as well with hours treated me with disrespect and I know its not right cause I do have another job but that one doesnt apply for benefits this is why I am still with Kroger but if you dont get enough hours then they can take advantage of that am always on the positive side but when they ask me to do stuff now I dont work as hard because am only getting 18 hours instead of 40. Something needs to be done its a icing thing amd its not cool for them to get a way with it

So pretty much your other job is your main and your just using Kroger for benefits... Your doing the bare minimum and you expect them to give you 40 hours a week to slack off? their wise to your act and you dont deserve the benefits and youll never get 40 hours cause thankfully seniority associates will bump you and take them.

To add on: I only do this job for the benifits, 401k and paycheck other wise I wouldn't even be here.
