Well it happened. Got injured at work I am Grocery manager with my hip, knee, and shoulder being messed up. I made a injury report and went on to speak with Sedgwick about seeing one of their "in network Drs" which I did. The Doctor told me that he believes that all my injures is no doubt Kroger's fault and that he would word the notes the best way he could to show that but went on to tell me that Kroger doesn't stand behind its employees in fact they turn down claims such as mine. That raised all sorts of red flags for me and I went on to speak to an attorney who took the case quite quick pro bono. I haven't been back to work and honestly I will not return. The initial Dr prescribed me to medication that doesn't allow me to drive yet said I could go to work light duty and Sedgwick wants me to return starting I can just take the meds in the morning after my shift. I told them I don't think so and that they cant dictate when I decide to take these meds because they are for pain and to take as needed not when Kroger says so. Current Atty has me going to a chiropractor twice a week as for now I am SOL with no income and highly doubt Sedgwick will do squat. Been through these things by watching others get bent over by Kroger, I will not be that guy. Any advice please feel free.

Sounds like a scam going on here... Kroger would be smart to investigate this case.
If real: Contact a lawyer and have them sue kroger for you. Unless you are a lawyer do not represent your self. That often back fires on people. Kroger has been sued in the past:
The lawyer representing kroger will perform the recommended steps for defense of kroger. And your lawyer will too defend you. "If real" you shouldn't have a problem winning. If fraudulent they will find out and all frauds are eventually figured out. Be sure to keep your medical bills, make notes in your suffering, and any life style changes caused by it. Time loss from work as well. For loss of wages you'll want to sue for more than what you make because they will push for less than what you request. You'll want to sue for wrongful injury and pain and suffering. Higher a lawyer.

Pretty sure Kroger has you on camera tripping over your big ass feet while scratch and sniffing your ass. wasting peoples time over a sprang shoulder and a bruise on your knee. Man what a wuss.
