so I was curious , If for any reason an employer took long break (30 minutes or over) will he/she still get paid for their break? or the computer system will shift it to no pay?

what everyone input about this?

If you take over 37mins on break you do not get paid until the next time rollover. You'll lose 15min of pay.

I literally use to have nightmares about this.

Most people dont even clock out for breaks least when it comes to overnight. I sure as hell dont I take a 30 and two 15 minute breaks paid. 10-6 shifts.
