So at our pharmacy one of the lead techs is consistently late to work.  Like 4 out of 5 days and nothing gets said to her.. Also when she is there she spends 75% oglf the time on her phone or walking around talking ND gossiping instead of helping get caught up..you know data, dispensing, bagging rx's and hanging bags..helping with customers, putting away orders. . And she is also the first person to try and get someone in trouble. The pharmacy manager told me he just wants work to be enjoyable. Now I'm no not saying someone can't talk or text at times but let's get our work done. Who can i contact if pharmacy manager does not ING? And if I try to contact someone else will I get retaliation for this?

 I mean why should you work if some one else isnt gonna pull their weight as well? We had a guy that was an hour or two late every night this is overnight grocery. By the time he gets there we already broke down the pallets. Finally I said **** this **** and just worked slow as hell and didnt really break those pallets down. If he can be late and its okay then I can do what I do too. If youre having to do more work cause of that useless **** then yeah rat that bitch out or just do less work yourself. Tired of seeing mother ****ers on their phones too when they should be working.

 Could be at my local store the Drive Thru was backed up one day all the way behind the store almost to the receiving door. I do have pictures but I am not gonna post. The Pharmacy manager is a very sweet girl she used to be a cashier and when I was a bagger she said I was her favorite bagger because I knew how to bag.
