 I did not do anything to Satisfy their needs because I am not an employee. I am a customer and I say Customers are not always right. Another example if I hear another Customer tell an employee that I need to reapply and start back working at Kroger. That Customer will be wrong because I do not need to go back to Kroger.

Another example if a Customer tells another employee that I never left. Then that customer will be wrong because I did even if the customer keeps saying I didn't. Do you get it now? Now learn to spell.

 I did not do anything to Satisfy their needs because I am not an employee. I am a customer and I say Customers are not always right. That's the truth.  When I worked in the deli I had a guy on a Monday tell me that I personally did a sorry ass job on his 60 piece order the previous day and he wanted to speak to a manager about getting his money back. Just two problems about that.  I was off the day in question and we didn't sell 60 piece orders.

We get all kind of crazed behaviors from the a$$h0les we work for and the ones that come in the door.  Kroger is justly famous for regarding the customer as both always right and too dumb to realize they are being taken.  Managers are also always right, so it is a good idea to let them fight it out, if the manager does not hide.

Well today I ran into a lady she asked. Didn't you use to work at Kroger? I said yes mam 25 years and then she started saying she just left there. She said her son wired her some money. She went to Kroger WU to get it. She said they told her she would have to come back because they didn't have enough they were waiting on the money truck (Loomis) . She told me she asked for a Manager. She said the Manager went into the Accounting and got the money. I told her that the truck usually came between 10 am and 12 pm. She may not have understood why they could not get her the money. I guess whoever the manager was "valued her". I laughed told her I don't know why they told you that because I have seen how much money they have. But I also know the customer service person was right because she may not had that much in her till and it can mess their counting up to just go back and get the money. But the town I live in where there is a problem like this it seems everyone hollers for a Manager. Even though there was money sometimes there are reasons for things.

  (BTW Both statements above are partly right............. many customers have nasty attitudes AND many Kroger employees are miserable.  Two different problems, but both of them are true alot of the time.......... and for a wide range of reasons.   

Customers have their own family and personal problems they are dealing with,  but they still have to shop for groceries.    Employees are micromanaged, nitpicked, demeaned and unappreciated by many / some  of their managers and Kroger corporate people. What do you expect when that happens constantly?

Not all customers are mouthy punks that think that the world revolves around them. There are some examples, though. Such as the Never Value Me troll Once they're weeded out by drawing attention to themselves, thanks to their demanding attitudes and lack of any sense, they can easily be avoided. It's quite amusing to watch them not get their way no matter what they try to do. 


Jokes on you. I get exactly what I want and the way I want it at these stores. Its funny you pretending to have a back bone in here but in the store where you work customers own you from the time you clock in till the time you clock out. You will satisfy our needs and do it with a big purty smile. You will VALUE US!!!

You say I'm angry and yet you are the one who is posting with capital letters, in the wrong place I might add, and using exclamation points. That would entail yelling. Ergo, yelling is a clear sign of anger. And as for the  misspelling/misplacing of words. Definitely a rather low level of intelligence. So, go climb back up your tree, monkey-boy, and suck some bananas. You will never be right, and you will always be excepted.
