We need hazard pay now more then ever! Its time you take a hit to your over bloated pay and contribute to your workers who make chicken scratch weekly. You and those others in the higher ups cancel your bonuses and take care of your workforce!
In times of peril like this we do need these corporate corrupt jerks to put in more then the usual. Im just gonna start slacking off and doing the bare minimum till Im paid what Im due. I work at store 491 in the deli dept. the standards as of today just dropped by 80% people should not order from deli for awhile or at least go there when Im off
Nah, they gave us a dollar raise. Didn't even cover inflation.
Then they cut our hours, so we can't even get Clicklist orders done on time and our customers are sitting in the parking lot for 30 mins to an hour waiting on groceries, pissed off. They don't even know that the reason why they have to wait is because Kroger wants work done but doesn't want to pay anyone to do it. So we have 3 people in the department trying to pick/take out countless orders. NO ONE IS EVEN AT WORK but they just keep on taking the orders!!! Every damn day! But Kroger thinks they are saving money... This is the most moronic company I have ever worked for.

I agree. We've had hours cut back so far that a skeleton crew has more help than us. It's gotten to where a few of is, (myself included) have decided to work 6-8 hour days instead of 5. Next step is working a FULL week rather than just 2-3 days.

See I cant wait till this store needs the extra help. Lucky for me Im not hurting for cash but Im gonna take great pleasure in telling these ass hats nope when they ask me to come in or try to schedule me more hours cause they need help. its gonna happen and man I cant wait.
