why are most kroger female managers fat? is it a requirement?
Gotta ask the same about ASSociates smelling like sweet ass. It that a requirement as well? Also bakery seems to share the fat women requirement as well
This job makes most people stress eat. I gained 20 lbs when i started working for kroger. The job has you working so much you can't balance your meals right. When I did a sit/stand office job i was able to keep weight off. As a front end associate I am having difficulty keeping weight off. I try to fast to keep it off but find my self just gaining it back on.
People who call others fat are often fat them selves and are insecure in their own body as well. Growing up I suffered from extreme obesity and people like you should be ashamed at making fat jokes. You are very immature. You are in America where people are fat due to the diet and life style this country brings.

I'm also front end and I have opening shifts. I always get there between an hour to 45 minutes before I start. Why? I walk around the building for at least a mile. It's been going pretty good for me. Early morning so I don't get too hot, low-impact, and I get an energy boost when I start. When the weather gets extreme (rain or snow), I'll either walk inside or use the treadmill I have at home. Have I lost weight? Honestly yes and no. I haven't been on the scale but it feels like I have. I also changed my diet around. I eat more of the organic foods and some of them aren't half bad. I'm honestly glad I did this.

Appreciate the kind words. And for what it's worth I'm also diabetic. It runs in the family. I was already doing this but not as much as I am now. But when my doctor told me my levels were high that was it. Got tired of being dumb and got my **** together.
What else can a profoundly and morbidly obese woman do in her life except to attempt to hold victims to artificial and unrealistic corporate standards?
As you might suspect, criticizing them as such is ableism. And we can't have that now, or else their lawyer will hear about it.
I actually lost 40 lbs in my first year of working for Fry's (Kroger owned stores in Arizona) but I'm a man and a porter, which is a lot more physical than a front end manager.
