I'm all for more hours but our n.c. is run by 3-4 staff members. All but 1 maybe 2 are reliable. Half the time the store ends up closing because only one of them shows up for work. I've done night crew before on like a half grave yard shift to learn the roaps. The manager is finding that they only stock the shelves all their other job dutes go neglected. The manager has started filling these rolls to day staff that want to do them. Gotta love kroger only allowing the bare minimum staff. 1-2 staff per department if that.
