One of my coworkers started calling out a lot. She claims to have covid but wont' get tested for it. Refuses to. She's showed up a couple times but management just sent her home to how sick she was. Managers placed her on two weeks quarantine but refuse to tell the staff she has covid. Now what? I thought if someone had a deadly disease they had to tell staff by law.

What you said really does not make sense. If she has not been tested how does she know she has it?

They really should tell the workers. I know closing the store is out of the question. I have seen small business's close when a employee has COVID.

They're still to tell you if someone has it. That is required by law. They're not.

Have you ever noticed whenever the Liberal news media shows someone in a hospital with covid, it's almost always someone who's really fat or someone who's really old? Granted there have been otherwise healthy people who have been hospitalized or have died from covid, but those figures have been extremely low. I bet if you looked, you would probably find that the majority of those people had underlying conditions that were undiagnosed.

It's not all fat people who get COVID. My church lost our music leader this year and he was a short bald headed man and he was not fat. And I believe some Hospitals have not told the truth. I believe some people may just have a cold and they put down COVID.

Hospitals now are saying "Don't come to the ER unless you are dying" I have seen in some places you call 911 and they have no one available. I hear on my scanner a lot they say they have no one and one time they had to call out some help from 80 miles away.

Also you go to a Urgent Care and the wait is 2 or 3 hours or more. So they cannot be that many fat people.

A lot of my fellow residents are getting pissed that we're getting over flow from states near by that refuse to properly follow cdc regulations for covid. That is unfortunately increasing our covid numbers and we're getting pissed.

They MUST tell you there was a possible case. They do not have to tell you who it was or even what dept. Technically you arent even allowed to find out who it is on your own because if privacy reasons.

And now it's difficult do to your co-worker's refusal to be tested. All they can do is do a deep cleaning. Hut they should post a note saying there is a possibility of a covid case

The two weeks pay will be taken out of annual bonus, if any. If she is not tested they don't have to notify anyone. The amazing thing to me is that a company like this would tell someone to stay home if they have not died yet. Seriously.
