Kroger employees being sent home for not wearing masks for medical exemptions. Yet customers can shop without masks all the time. I've noticed 25% of customers refuse to wear masks and won't. You're setting your self up for lawsuit kroger!
I've not been sent home because I wear mine but I see fellow coworkers have this happen all the time. This is no different than removing the rainbow promise heart for people uncomfortable wearing it. Hell I removed mine and threatened them if they sent me home.

You gotta love that double standard. But Im actually all for them not wearing masks cause if one of them comes up to me with questions i cut them right off while talking to me saying you know masks are mandate right? And I just walk off lol. I dare lazy ass management to say something too.

And if someone did the same to you? And said "I cant understand you through your mask" and walked away.
At our store we have to wear masks too. Sometimes it's hard to talk through the masks and understand what is being said but we just do.

I work there why the hell would I care if they walk off when they tried to ask me a stupid question maskless? Its not hard at all to speak or understand proper clear English through those cheap masks.
Glad Kroger is enforcing there associates if you can even call them that to wear masks. Any one who doesnt want to should be sent home no matter the wild made up excuse they come up with. The unruly ones are probably super spreaders.
I always wear my mask at work. If a customer comes too closentonme without a mask, I simply take a few steps back. Usually, they dont make a fuss. But if they fuss, I politely say "I'm not trying to catch covid. They get unnecessarily offended, but im.only speaking the truth.

That kills me toread that. I mean why get offended? Like who cares to ever get sick let alone catch something like covid? Some people
Exactly. We've already had about 2 reported cases already. We've deep cleaned everything and the people did a 2 week quarantine. Yet despite all that people, including employees still are careless.
I've taken to eating outside in my car. Don't have to worry about anything other than pissing customers off by ignoring them when I am on lunch.
