I went on an interview last Wednesday, and I was told which department I would work in. Then she told me the hours, and how much money I would make. Then when I got home I had a email saying they wanted to do a background check. So, I am waiting on that to come back.
Only do it if you need a paycheck or health insurance. other wise there's a million better jobs out there. Lowest seniority people have the shi-ttiest schedules, get treated like cr-ap and end up hating humanity after a couple years.
If you get an interview you have the job, unless your background check comes back bad.
I worked Kroger for 25 years. I tried to go back I had an Interview for the same job I had and was told they would call me. I assume they were doing a background. Then about a week later I got an email telling me they found someone better qualified. This was at least a year after I left and some of the supervisors and the Front End Manager said she wanted me to come back. I have no reason why I was turned down I was told the Manager that was there when I left put me as a no re hire.
I don't know he was a bully to me and he treated me bad.
