What are Ohio people paying for union dues and does anyone pay arrears and why?

Call the union and ask. Both are union dues. Write them off on your taxes.

Arrears are when Union doesnt take the proper amount out of your paycheck so they take out the remaining balance from the following week to make up the difference.
