Anyone know if overnight employees are still off Christmas Eve night? I wouldn't put it past Kroger to change it but I cant get management to confirm that the night crew gets it off and they wont make a schedule. We're basically having to make our own on a weekly basis without management knowing

What state are you in?
Are you unionized?
Do you work for Kroger?
Our store closes around 3 or 5pm on Friday, 12-24. (can't remember what time exactly). The store is closed all day Saturday 12-25. Night crew is off Friday night and they return Sunday morning at 1201am, 12-26.
Generally, most contracts do not allow Kroger employees to be in the store on December 25th.

How come no one is making the schedule?
Yup Kroger down here in Texas with unions. Going back like 6 months our grocery department has had maybe 4 weeks worth of schedules 1 of which was handwritten and texted to us. We've asked and they just pass around the blame between store manager to comanager to grocery managers and always end up just having to write in on the clipboard
