So there's no reason for Kroger to need that information unless they're going to use it to track people to see who's had their 10th booster shot or not. As far as being confidential goes, that's a laugh. As soon as they try to use your vaccination status against you, they have to reveal it to someone else and then there goes the confidentiality.
I would expect there will be a Covid Vaccine requirement worked into all medical benefits programs going going forward (when new contracts get rewritten, etc.). Covid will be with us for along while in some form, which will add to medical costs, so a higher premium is slightly justified. If companies can tack on a higher costs to workers if they smoke, not receiving the Covid Vaccine can fix into the same reasoning. Its one thing is a disease or illness can't be controlled, another if its happens because of some ones choices.

This is the same company that's making yall come to work still sick or get wrote up / fired for absenteeism. Work while you're still sick. That's how deadly they think this bug is, and how much concern they have for their empoyees----not to mention customers, their families and everyone else within contagion distance.

You know being written up for absenteeism is normally when someone calls of sick or otherwise regularly. Yes, COVID adds a new layer to calling off, but in most instances its getting easier and easier to get tested. Yes, working in a public setting does add to possible infection, but so does catching any airborne illness (Cold, Flu, etc.). Yes, you should be able to call off if your sick, but I question how many people actually are taking their health seriously, so to prevent the spread of COVID?

Covid is just a flu. A price hike is not justified what so ever.

You nailed it on the head. I've been saying this and Ima keep on saying it. All any of this has ever been about is greed, profit, control, and getting that 'vaccine' / what ever the hell it really is into people's bodies.
Employers are still mandating restrictions while forcing people to come back to work while still sick or having symptoms. Now, if you're really concerned about stopping the spread of this, why would you do that?
I did. I got my shot at Kroger and the 100 dollar. They already know. I didnt upload a picture of my card because how are you going to do that on a Kroger computer. If they dont believe me we can go to the pharmacy and have them pull it up.

Sort of an unhappy choice. Either provide medical information or be labelled "attitude". Hateful company.
The HR manager at my store knows by now that I will not sign or comply with anything that they put in front of me. I just told her I don't sign anything. Anything you sign whether it's an actual signature or done electronically by entering your EUID and password can be used against you.
I don't feel showing or telling people your received the COVID vaccine is too personal. To me it falls in line with all the other shots you receiving growing up and boosted later in life. Hell, do you really question when your DR. tells you your due for you boost or other shot when you get a checkup or visit your DR?
I guess this human, just falls into the....I just whatever shot my DR. tells me I'm due for.....
