I'm seeing bullsh!t like this all around the work place in general.

Isn't it funny; we're in this national crisis of the lowest supply or workers in EVER----this is the Great Depression, only in reverse, where with that there were no jobs---and yet employers are bustin down on all sorts of petty sht to get rid of the few left they have. Hmm. Look what happens to their bottom line: payroll accounts for some 70% of a company's costs.

This is yet another example of how obvious it is what this pan-dumbic was really all about: greed and profit.

Lol pandemic. You people dont really know what kinda event that is. Covid was blown way outta proportion its been around for quite some time. Employees like always are just being lazy and not wanting to work. All they do is be in their phones take 45 min bathroom breaks and just work with the speed of a zombie.

Question: I think its funny how people think they are "getting revenge", in reality they most likely are. A strike will def. open peoples eyes to what was happening before, during and now after. As a Union Associate you can't cry about one aspect of the contact, but then like another, you have to take it all or leave it all. Just because they didn't care before, has nothing to do with now, follow the rules and wear the appropriate uniform. Hell, its not like your required to wear a costume or something extreme, its a specific type of shirt, pants and an apron: THE HORROR!!

I'd flat out slit customers throats all day, 8 hours a day, if I got to take a goddamn nap halfway through.

Might just be about time to walk across the street and get a multi-dollar raise working at Del Taco.

Cracking down on dress code, how? By not letting you wear street clothes to work? Boo hoo. I'm at Kings, and back when I worked days it was just a blue polo and some decent pants. Hardly a bother to look at least a little professional.

At least you dont have to dress like you work at a d@mn hotel. My brother worked for Safeway and he said a while back you had to wear an IRONED white shirt tucked in, WITH A TIE, IRONED slacks, and SHINED or SOLID BLACK shoes.
Now they wear blue, black Jean's or khaki pants, a solid black or dark blue polo, and black shoes. They've relaxed on their dress code, and people here complain about the dress code they have niw?

Making up rules daily and riding everybody hard to get them enforced is one kind of hell. Dress code is just one easy one for a little taste of retaliation that can be strictly legal.
