So I wonder why someone is digging up old topic threads. Cuz it's gotta be one person.

Is this like old movie and song re makes? Life's that boring for you? no

 Maybe you don't realize it, but Google has thousands of old threads from this forum indexed into their database.  Anyone who types in a few certain keywords on their computer or phone can pull up an old conversation in seconds, and add a reply to it, maybe not even knowing (or paying attention to) how long it has been since it started. 

But it seems like a lot of the really old threads are 'resurrected' by trolls or spammers.

I dont mind reading old posts tbph. As long as they are actually relevant and not stupid garbage about microwaved poop, smelly ass-sociates etc. Posts such as those are piss-poor attempts at trolling, and have NO place on ANY forum that's supposed to contain valuable and helpful posts.

I agree it's annoying when someone bounces up a 15+ yr old thread to the top.

 Exactly. What hasn't already been said 1000 x too many by that point.
