Still using Pickup service and this week twice I log into Kroger website. I use a computer not the dumb app I check the box to save passwords. Twice I have had to log in and twice I get invalid password.

I reset my password using the same password. Yes, the same password only because I do not use password managers, I have my own way of saving my passwords. 

What

is 

going

on here? 

Why do I have to keep changing my password? Anyway, if I have to reset my password one more time then I will not shop at Kroger. Walmart is cheaper and Walmart does not charge a fee.

Bud.  Seriously.

We still have critical equipment that runs Windows CE.  We still have critical equipment that runs Windows XP.

Except our most critical equipment runs through a 1970's style terminal emulator.

Our everday workplace technology runs 50 year old technology.  That's older than my dad.

It's downright mindblowing that Kroger has a website.

And it's twice as mindblowing that you would expect it to work.

Dude.  You worked here.

Maybe you should send a teletype to Rodney.
