It sucks when digital coupons are hyper specific and just... don't show, or people put them on the wrong card. It's a hassle and explaining that employees can't do anything about it is very annoying.

True. This woman yesterday went full Karen because she had her digital coupon on her husband's phone/card and it wasnt ringing up on her phone. No, we couldnt override it.
.and we wouldnt even if we could.
She finally realized it was her hubby's phone buy she STILL did not apologize for being a Karen.
