I work at Kroger and our self checkout doesnt have a mobile/handheld device anymore since two years ago. Anyone how I can scan cases of water and large items faster. I have to use the handheld scanner at pay station and run back and forth to connect it to each register
If it is broken, it can be sent in and will be replaced.
Your store manager needs to email the district coordinator for the front end and ask about getting a replacement mobile scanner.
You can try to get your Scan Coordinator to make a card set with barcodes for at least the water(barcodes printed on cards on a ring). Not practical for everything.
