What do we do with unclaimed ClickList orders

I have been recently trained in ClickList. It's easy picking, scanning, and delivering the order to customers waiting outside. However, I did an order this morning and the window to pick up was 9:00-10:00 am. She still has not yet arrived. Everything is ready to go we are just waiting on her. What do we do if she doesnt show? Do we cancel the order and put it back? They never trained me on what to do in the event that happened.

You call the customer and leave a message regarding their pickup time and that it still hasn't been picked up. Ask them to call you back to let you know when they will be picking it up or if they will be canceling it.
