My division took two registers and made them into SCO's and alot of ppl complaining bout not knowing how to work them. The lines for all SCO's and registers are always long and most SCO are debit and credit card only ( which I hate due to I only use cash and I'm an employee).

Are they cash only because the office staff doesn't want to fill them? There is an easy fix.....fill them.
Not surprised. They tested this in Austrila a couple decades ago. Got rid of all but one or two sco cash machines and say card only. This is to heavily control and watch people. A cashless society is what the government wants in the long run. It isn't illegal to remove cash. A lot of small business have done it already.
Hell, I know people are over worked, but if you don't have 5-10 mins to load the terminals 50% of orders happen at....that tells slot about your priorities. Hell, doesn't VB tell you when they are running low?

Not knowing how to work them? Is the average age of your customers over 80?
If senior citizens could see or hear the machines, and if the seniors would follow the instructions, and if the machines would give them a minute, it wouldn't be any more than alcoholism inducing for any party.
"Office staff"? You have office staff? I don't even know what that means. At my store, for more than a decade, no one has EVER filled cash nor coin before, during, nor after any major holiday or sportsgame. Why would we start now?
Printing an instruction on a screen in English appears to cause customers to drop at least 20 or 30 IQ points.
Printing it in Spanish doesn't make any difference since Spanish-speakers are generally illiterate.
The machine speaking basic instructions in any language makes no difference since many refuse basic spoken instructions from a machine on principle alone.
You ever wonder why the English and Spanish voices are in different genders? It's bad.
